Fresh Bluefin or Yellowfin tuna - how to do on pellet grill?

I was just given some fresh Bluefin and Yellowfin tuna. How should I cook it on my pellet grill?

do you want it as a steak and med rare or true smoked tuna

I used a poor choice of words.
What I am after is "medium rare steak".
