all is good. wifes at school, daughter at study group and son is just leaving. nice quiet house. FT and a mak. i can work w/ this.

busted out my 2 favorite rubs
found a BB rib and some guy fiete tequila lime chicken sausage.
some bonding going on.
sausage is done.
i had some horseradish sauce, spicy mustard and chipolte tabasco on a plate. nice snacky poo. i did ask everyone if they wanted me to share my sausage. oh, no one is home. thats to bad. i feel bad. not even. so i ate all 4 sausage.
ribs done. look how nice that is.
looks like alot of happiness going on w/ that rib. its shiney. look at the deep of flavor there. nicely done.
dude, nice smoke ring. those look tastey. they were.

perfect quiet evening. i was long in bed before anyone got home. nice way to end the week.
