Frogmat is a nonstick surface high temp mat that lays on the cooking grate. It will keep things from sticking to the grates. Well worth it. As BP said, his company sells them and their customer service is terrific. Get ya some, you won't regret it.

They are teflon coated fiberglass mesh material. Along with what Kynola indicated, they stop smaller items from falling through the grates like when you smoke almonds or any other type of nuts. They also work great for meatloaf to keep the meat from sinking through the grates. They are also GREAT to use with fatties to keep their shape during cooking.
They can't take direct heat from a grill but are fine with heat from an indirect source that is 550* or below.
