I'm Jesse, from Melbourne, Australia and have been a long time big green egger, but recently converted to a yoder 480. I love it and I'm here just looking to learn more. I'm also onto my 4th shipment of big poppa rubs and love the recipes on here using those rubs.

Local supplies would be great - I think they'll be well received here. American BBQ was the biggest food trend in Australia this year.

I just tried the little louie's seasoned garlic salt on a lamb rotisserie, a bit of an Aussie fave, and it was sensational.
