Getting ready for tailgate party... Practicing on some Orange Marmalade Sriracha Wing

I did these with chicken thighs, but will use wings for Saturday tail gate party.

I smoke the wings on smoke for an hour, then up to 225 until almost done. Then I move them to the grill and finish until done. I liberally glaze them with the sauce recipe:

Sauce Recipe:
1 16 oz of storebrand orange marmalade
1/3 cup of honey
1/3 cup of brown sugar
for HOT
1/3 cup of Sriracha sauce... most grocery stores have it in international foods section. It's easy to spot.... Look for the rooster.
My preference is 1/6 cup.... but most men love it HOT

I combine and bring to a simmer, let cool then apply more like a glaze. I reglazed until I have a nice coating.... THIS IS WILL BE YOUR GO TO WINGS RECIPE
