Got on the cheese bandwagon

While shopping for the contest ingredients today I ran across some Cabot Habanero and Cabot Artisian Reserve at 50% off..couldnt pass it up!

I smoked the habanero and one pound of the Artisian for 3 hours using hickory.

I hope your habanero cheddar turns out like the ones that I have done. That is really good stuff. The smokey goodness followed by a "bite".

Art I've done the habanero cheddar many times..it always turns out great! I'm still looking for a cheese that has more heat so if anyone knows of one let me know.

Chili Head, I bet they were tasty! Love the sound of those cheeses... I'm not sure if they carry those brands here, I will look. Thanks for the post!
