Great news! Usda Finally Changes the safe food cooking temps

Forever I have had to tell people..."I know what the gov says to cook it to but they are wrong.....

There are now three cooking temps that they suggest

145 For all whole cuts of meat...steaks, roasts, pork beef, lamb

160 for all ground meat

165 for all poultry
