Hello,
Spinny here checking in from San Luis Obispo, CA. I've been pellet smoking for 1.5 years with a Traeger and a week ago purchased a more versatile pellet smoker...a Memphis Advantage!
I'm pumped to finally have a pellet smoker that can not only slow smoke (the only thing my Traeger was really good at) but also grill and bake! There's two main reasons why I'm here:
1. I love food, hence I love to cook!
2. To expand my knowledge on pellet smoking cooking techniques, along with obtaining great new recipes from others.
I've taken the time to browse through threads prior to joining this forum and everyone seems to be very friendly and supportive. I look forward to being a part of an online community that shares the same passion for food and pellet smoking as I do!
