Didn't cook this on my Traeger because it can't get hot enough. Cranked up my gas grill as high as it could go. Brushed with olive oil and "Little Louis" and some pepper. A little potato salad and watermellon for desert. Great meal. Hope everyone is having a good time. Peace!View attachment 1514
