I absolutely need to apologize to you all.
First off, thanks for the birthday wishes.
Secondly, I have not been smoking nearly as much as I'd like. For the last two months life has been in a whirlwind (the good kind thankfully) I just have not had time to cook or even participate with you all in this forum. Between family, work, business, travel and just plain life in general, I haven't been around. I know you all understand how things can get.
I finally got to smoke the other day for the first time in a month and I find that my digital controller on the Traegar was busted! Ugh. No worries though, Squirt had me covered. Thanks! (I did try to convince the wife that now, with a broken controller, was the time to buy a MAK II but alas, she didn't bite. Apparently she knows simple math. Damn!)
Anyway, I just want to send a quick thank you AND apology to the gang. Life is slowly slowing down (sort of) and I plan to do more cooks and contests soon.
