We ended up doing the B'day Dinner last night, since we won't be getting home 'till around 9:00 p.m. this evening. He he... I actually did a lot of the cooking myself. I cooked up two slabs of Spareribs and my very first pastrami style corned beef. They were both good. The ribs were done a little different than I'd ever done them before and turned out pretty dang good. I'll post some pics & details later.
Until we get the patio put in the back yard and electricity run, the wife ordered me a pellet attachment to go on the new Weber performer she got me for X-mas (which has been sitting in the garage and hasn't been used yet).
So I ordered myself 120 lbs. various pellets from BPS to get me started (along with a few other odd/ends). NOt sure how long it will take to burn through them, but I can't wait for it all to get here from sunny California!
