To all you BBQ fanatics, I hope everyone has Safe & Happy New Year! This was my first full year of cooking food off a pellet grill. I've had a great time reading the forum and learning from all. Sterling has been instrumental in my learning process along with all of you. Thanks for making my 2013 BBQ experience fun, enjoyable, and memorable. Looking forward to even more fun in 2014.
