It has been a week since I fired up either MAK Grill. But we had BBQ a lot this week. Last Sunday I had a brisket and bone in chicken breasts on the MAK. Chicken was dinner that night. During the week we had Brisket sandwiches and brisket tacos. Chicken Salad one night. By the way found out that a pressure cooker is a great way to reheat brisket.
Friday night was dinner with the Big Poppa team at Santa Anita and last night was bonus coverage from Friday night seen below. The photo does not do it justice the Strube Beef cooked by Big Poppa ( the crust was to die for), The asparagus cooked on the Hasty Bake by Steph or Bigmista's Pasta dish. All were hard to not stop eating it was so good. BP you need to give your tricks on cooking the beef. You have that Strube down pat. It is interesting to see folks try the beef and watch their eyes light up.

I have used just water below the plate and put the brisket on the plate and run the pressure cooker for 20 minutes. Have added beef boullion cubes to the water too. When we had the brisket taco I did the pressure cooker for 30 minutes.
