So you use the Sriracha as the glue and then only add BBQ seasoning? In the first set I also saw some hot mustard.. is it just mixed with the Sriracha? What do you spritz with?

They look awesome and I like the Sriracha for other things, just have not tried it for ribs.

I really need to do some spares instead of BB's all the time.
