well, wife just left for school and daughters going out. lol, how great it this. no one home again. mucho cerveza for the crew.

so, i said right infront of Hazel and ate 2 whole new yorks.

Those steaks are things of beauty! I love the pink tinge steaks get when smoked indirect with charcoal or pellets. You just can't get that on a gasser.

mmmmm, NY's are my favorite! You fed it to the dogs???? That coulda been on the plate with eggs this morning dude! Or in sammys for lunch...

Sparky Im so happy you got Hazel...Are you glad you got the bigger one?

yes i am. perfect size. cooked ribs on the top shelf today. came out perfect. also set up a maverick. playing w/ the vents i got Hazel to run between 265° and 290° for 3 1/2 hours. my gauge is off by 65 to 100°. say la ve..... good think i bought a maverick from BP 2 weeks ago. lol. i am liking her alot. my maks are mad. :(
