one of the reasons i bought Hazel was because i thought she could cook some excellent tri's. love tri's. beef of the gods.

finished seasoning w/ some happy ending and burning some jack pellets.
in a ziploc bag i hollowed some jalapenos w/ chili oil and desert gold. bottom shelf for them and top shelf for the tri's. a little low and slow.
time for some high heat sear.
tri's and jala's are done. oh, juicy.
need some fruit so.
one tri in here. good stuff going on there.
a nice bowl of tri chili, pineapple sweetness and some corn muffins. must have the moo juice.
some very good stuff manard.
