Hello from Southern Ohio

Hey all I just joined the forum, been smoking/grilling meats and cheeses for quite a while now, mostly in cabinet type smokers or gas/charcoal grills. Have a new pellet grill ordered its a Yoder YS640, so I thought I would join the forum to pick up a few pointers on pellet grill use.

Thanks for the warm welcome!! The hard part about ordering something new is the waiting!! I am not a good waiter just ask my wife. Will do with the pictures if I can figure out how to post them.
