Hello. My name is Jim and I am part of the Notorious P.I.G. competition barbecue team (KCBS). In all previous competitions we have used three WSM's (complete with digital temperature regulators) for all categories. We have just completed an order for a Yoder YS640 that we plan to use in competitions from here on out. Wish us luck and I will be sure to post pictures of both comps and practice sessions.
