Hi all,

My first pellet smoker (GMG Jim Bowie) is being delivered in a little less than an hour and I can not wait to fire it up. I am an avid Big Green Egg user for the past 8 years (got it for my first fathers day) and now that baby number 4 is on its way I needed more cooking space to feed all those mouths, and my wife's LARGE family. Hope this does the trick.

Congrats on the new pellet smoker, and welcome to the forum!

Just be aware that with a pellet smoker you're going to get a much cleaner smoke profile compared to a BGE, but trust me; after a few cooks you're going to love it!
