Hello to everyone my name is David and I am a pellet smoker. I've been smoking for approx. 8 or so years on a Traeger big tex. Tonight I took the jump and ordered a MAK 2 star general with WIFI. Cant wait to get it and start smoking. I'm in food service as a full time job so like many of you I love to cook....and as you could tell from my waistline also eat.
