You should start with what Pappy says...50/50 on the searing grate. but get smokin with those and then slowly add the other accessories as you get the main stuff nailed...glad you made the decision I know it was hard. Thanks for the suport and we are here for you!

Ok I guess so far, grill grates cut, wifi, 2 top half shelves cover. Trying to decide on smoker box. And any other suggestion?

Scrap, as a MAK owner I can guarantee that you will absolutely never regret your decision!

As far as accessories, in addition to the upper half racks I would strongly suggest the MAK griddle. Those two items items alone will greatly increase the versatility of what and how you can cook.

Can't wait to see pics of all the great food you're going to cook!

MAK DADDY said they were coming with a cover for the large optional smoker box installed, the regular cover will not fit with the large smoker box installed. Call MAK Grills, they should be able to tell you when they will have them.

Go with WiFi over the RemoteBoss. It's fantastic. I would use the cold smoker that comes with it and if you need more space then you can add the cold smoker attachment later.
You won't regret getting the most innovative and best quality made pellet cooker out there!
