HELP! Too cold to cook?!

Its a balmy 0 degrees here in Illinois. I have a great brisket rubbed and ready to go. But my MAK won't cooperate. I keep getting a flameout error I think. I say I think because its so cold that the display doesn't refresh properly! Any thoughts?

If I can't get her in the smoke can I just stick her in the oven and try to salvage something?

And please forgive me, but I'll post a similar message in the MAK forum just in case...

It doesn't get that cold here in Northern California so I'm not sure why you are getting that error message. Have you tried to manually start the pellets in the fire pot? If all else fails you can cook it in the oven and it will be fine.

Well no time to troubleshoot so the oven it is. Can anyone give me a procedure for this one? Just do it like I would in the MAK?
