Long time, no type.

We have been laying pretty low during our "off" season. Been supporting the girls with their sports and school stuff.

Andy took a little trip to the other side of the world, Australia. He did some demos, some classes, and talked to some butchers about US cuts of meat. He had a great time!

Our Comp season will start next month (April). For the most part we will be staying pretty close home this year.
