Hi, I've been a lurker since may. My name is Dave my handle is dpom ( daves peace of mind). This is my second post. Thank you for such a wonderful web site. I saw my first pellet smoker about 12 years ago.I thought it was a great idea but did not see one again till a couple of months ago at another home show in auburn ca. Which inderectley led me to this web site.I have done many hours of research on this site.I think I want the Mac star 2,but now that I've read about the amazin smoker tube it sounds like I can cold smoke cheese on the mac star 1? I also have noticed the 1 star is not listed on your web site .Is it still available?
