The name is Craig. Interested in getting a pellet smoker. Been indirect smoking on my Turbo for 10 years. Been charcoal smoking on the Weber forever. Been through a few Weber's!! I've been around and seen alot of smokers. In fact I've even had the vertical electric and charcoal ones in the past. I'm ready to get a real deal one now. My only problem is I research too much. Just when I think I'm ready, I change my mind. I'm hoping to learn a little bit about smokers and some great secrets to smoked meat here.
