Hi all

New to pellet smoking and new to the forum.
Just got a Traeger Lil Tex Elite then stumbled upon a Traeger PTG ($113) and will be smoking ribs and chicken tomorrow.
Used the PTG tonight for some skinless boneless thighs and it took a bit longer than expected but were sure good.
Hoping to get a bunch of good info on pellets etc.

Welcome. I too have a lil tex elite that I got early this summer. It's fun to cook with these pellet grills. First u gotta get some rubs from big poppa smokers site. They are awesome!
