I just bought a Smoker and this is my second Smoke. I'm jumping in deep. I found a rib roast and I'm smoking it now. "Trying to convince my wife that the smoker was worth it" Wish me luck....

Welcome to the forum Boats and congrats on that new DB. Glad to see you jump right in and start cooking a nice roast. I don't know what part of the county you live in but I think most are dealing with extra warm weather these days and the fact that you're cooking out side and not heating up the house should help make the wife happy and the roast should put it over the top.
