Hi all, new to this site, and a transplant from the "other" pellet cooker forum. I liked the site, just not the administrator.
So, here I am.
I do not have a pellet grill as of yet, but come March I plan on getting a Yoder YS640. I do like to cook, and I have been processing my own meats and sausages for about 10 years now.
I work at a machine shop in Dubuque, Iowa...making gears. But, I use to help manufacture the smokers you can find at "PRO SMOKERS"...which is the type of smoker I have.
I hope to learn from a few of you people, while still chiming in with a little of my own knowledge as well.
