I'm a Pastry chef/chef for the last 25 years and looking forward to cooking everything on my Mak. Still playing around with it and learning the ropes. My previous smoker was a small Lowes tower smoker. I made some amazing food in the 150.00 smoker over the years but wanted something I didn't have to babysit so much. The Mak fixes that problem but I'm still learning. I'm happy that I'm getting better smoke flavor than I expected.
