Hi All,
I'm new here. I love to cook and BBQ. I've used a stick burner in the past but have always wanted to get into the Pellet smoking. I've resisted for years for various reasons, but I just purchased a a Traeger Texas barrel only for $20. Now I'm starting to build it back into working shape. I've also been a lurker around here for a while reading all the great threads you guys put up. Figured it's time to join and contribute a little!
