Hi guys...just wanted to pop in and say hello. My wife Rhana and I cook on WSM's for our competition and catering team but are considering adding a pellet pooper to add to our arsenal.
If your using it for catering & comps, be sure to buy based on quality, not price. The difference in price will pay for itself in the long run. You will love the convenience of the pellet grill. It'll let you concentrate on other aspects of your business.
Hi guys...thanks for the warm welcome! I see a few old friends over here too. Sterling...we are seriously considering a MAK grill in the near future...or perhaps a Memphis Pro. Jeannie...is there ANYTHING you can't cook on? Kim...would loved to have met you and Andy in Langley but we were at a comp that weekend...and...we won! LOL!
