Holbrook Arizona Comp Dinner 7-7-12 Surf and Turf

[Big Poppa]

Ok took the trek to Holbrook Arizona and decided to feed the boys from Whos Smokin Now and the BPS team Surf and Turf

Cooked on the Hasty Bake with a handful of BBQers Delight Oak pellets
Steaks were seasoned with Big Poppa's Double Secret Rub....dont forget about that one!

Reverse seared the Prime Rib Eyes.....Prepped the Lobster 'piggy back style' Basted in BIg Poppa's Desert gold butter....It is nice to mix the rubs in with stuff like butter to give the butter a pop.

I think this is where 'waa laa' gets inserted!

Im sorry no internal shots of the steaks...we were hungry and they were cooked just how we all like them and the Hasty Bake puts out a damn juicy steak
