How do I transport a Memphis Pro?

I just bought a Memphis Pro from Big Pappa and love it. However, now that I love smoking on it so much over the past few weeks, I am going to want to take it to our lake house a few weekends over the summer for some smoking. I have a small trailer to transport it, but will the bouncing do something to the insides? Any thoughts?

Big Pappa, I know your solution would be to buy another one:) I do love it and your sevice was and has been outstanding.

You will make that decision! But it is fine to transport just make sure it is securely fastened down!

Grills are top heavy . Secure well as Big Poppa said. I take the grills and drip pans anything that sits in place so it does bang around while traveling. Do take it will make the trip to the lake house only better

Do you have a pickup truck? I haul my MAK 1 Star around in mine - flat on it's back. (on a big folded up tarp)

Yeah, the innards will bounce around a bit, but it will all be good when you assemble it again!

I have an expedition that I thought about putting it on it's back and take out the grills, when we don't have the two labs with us. Otherwise I think I will take it upright and strap it down well on the trailer. Thanks everyone.
