Howdy, my name is Ken, I'm learning the ropes of smoking, I use wood, pellets, and both together sometimes. I own a char-broil electric vertical smoker, (used once but added a Smokemiester) 2 Weber genesis gas grills,(both with Smokemiesters), and a Weber Q, (you guessed it, also with a Smokemiester.) I'm sure you will want to know what a Smokemiester is, but we will get to that later, all I can say is that a Smokemiester is the only smoker that people with gas grills can use and produce some of the BEST smoked "grill" in the world, using pellets, or wood, or both. Anyway glad to be here, Love smoking, been looking at your site for a while now, thought it time to join up and share what I have, a pick up some of what you people have. Ken
