Just bought my first pellet grill two weeks ago. Bought a Louisiana. Joined to learn tips and tricks of the trade. So far, it's been interesting. Have tried to smoke at 170 degrees twice now and both times the grill has gone out. What am I doing wrong?? Looking forward to learning lots and becoming a seasoned veteran years down the road.
