Introduction

Hi, I am an old stick burner in central Arizona. Just got wore out baby sitting the wood. Thought I would start anew. This week I took delivery on a Englander pellet grill/smoker. It has some problems and I am not comfortable with the answers I am getting. Being new I don't really know what to expect in the way of temperature control and construction quality of the unit. Going to see if there is an Englander thread running and join in or start a new one.
Got bacon on my mind!

Welcome to the forum. I'm not familiar with Englander pellet grills, but I sure hope you get your issues/concerns answered. Don't be afraid to ask questions or jump right in and post some food pics!

Welcome to the forum Timan. I wish I could help you with your Englanger problems but I've not even heard of that brand of cooker. Hopefully someone will come along with some help soon. Good luck and good smoking.

Thanks, there is a thread starting… Search on Englander. Only a couple of post so far, but hoping for more input.
