Congrats spark, I know it will be dirty in a matter of days. We need many pics.

Ps. Just because you have a new mistress don't forget your other loves. A grill scorned is your worst nightmare!

I know it can do so much more than a Weber Kettle can do but I'd love to hear the ways that it's better and more versatile. Sterling, you've been using one for a long time, I'd love to hear why you feel it's the cat's pajama's. ;-)

Sparky's using foil to keep something clean??? oh my! ;)

Trent, looks like the firebox adjusts up/down. That's a big improvement over a kettle.

I love them. Period. You cannot get too temp critical just where you put the fire box...they have a temp they like to cook at and it isnt low.
BUT as you get them seasoned they get easier to control....

I love them for the baking and grilling. I actually smoke on mine too...I create a heat sink with an aluminum pan that is filled with water and foiled over.

Congrats on Hazel Sparky! I have been waiting to see what you do with her. I am anxious to hear your reviews because Fathers Day is not too far away (birthday has come and gone) and I am trying to prepare my boss! If I get one, it will definately be Sparky style!

Very nice grill you got there Sparky, congrats!
I keep checking out pictures of it and the thought of a rotisserie keeps hitting me, the cabinet looks like a great design for that option?

There is a rotisserie kit for it and you actually can fit 2 rotisseries in it if you remove the grates. The rotisserie on a Hasty Bake makes some killer food.

Before I posted about the rotisserie I looked on BP's site and didn't see the option... 2 rotisseries you say... that is very cool!
