my wife reminding me that i haven't cooked pig candy in Hazel (plus she wanted me to eat. you seen the rib post right?). i can fix that. i like pig candy.

going to make 2 different kinds. pig candy w/ money and my regular pig candy. so each baggie has 1 cup brown sugar, 2 tbp cayenne, 1 tbs ginger. the left baggie also has 2 tbs of money also.

Looks great and I bet you were flying high off of all that brown sugar.

i only had one piece of each. it was very good. my wife and daughter ate the rest of it. the sugar was too thick. pork and brown sugar. its all good. i'm not going to live forever. got to be happy. thats what i take high blood pressure pills for. :)

Looks good Sparky! Thanks for posting this... Now I dont have to search on how to make this!

put the mix on 1/2 as thick or less. this was to much and don't cook it as much. i had to leave the house to take my daughter to a friends house to get her car (she was at a party last night, got a ride home. smart girl). my pig candy should have come off 10 to 15 minutes sooner.
