I've got a screw loose. 2 star general

The screw around which the grill top rotates (right side) keeps falling out all of a sudden. I have put it back in and tightened it as much as I think I can and it keeps happening. It almost appears that the screw is too short. Or, something is out of alignment. Thoughts?

Picture is attached.

Thanks

Might have found solution. I had my son loft up in the door while I tightened the screw and I was able to get it much tighter.

The nut is a "Lock Nut" type, it has a small dimple in the center of it that catches the threads of the bolt so it doesn't work loose. If it continues to be an issue let us know and we will send you a new nut and bolt as maybe the threads are worn down. It has to be tightened all the way down to the bushing flange that sits between the lid and body (make sure the bushing is seated in each side flush.
