Yeah I had a package of mystery meat from Strube....so I trimmed iit up and it was a very nice flank steak....pre heated the jerky machine...the one and only Meadow Creek Pr36 with the original mak pellet system....Fun Cooker...thanks Bob! about 150 for 4.5 hours
Cut length and drizzled it with that great lemon olive oil I sell and some of the O Clementine olive oil...then hit it prett hard with Desert Gold
then get the hot squeeze and a fresh orange off the tree and a splash of water
TUmble away!

Waa LAAA! It dissappeared in about thrity seconds...my guests loved it!
