Just some steak-n-eggs

I've been using the Hasty Bake a lot lately but I try to remember to add a few pellets into the heat for added flavor.

I seasoned a few potatoes and scallions... Put them into the cooker with the hot coal rack raised high..
This time I used some Simply Marvelous rubs...

added the steaks...

and some eggs from the girls...

I used butter to baste the eggs and set the tops...

It was kinda tasty....
