Wow,

It's like waiting for a baby to be born... Finally "delivery" was made and I now have my new "sMak". She's as pretty as I expected / after assembly. 8hrs@220-160 then foiled and another 1.5hrs @250-190 / FTC'd for another hr. or so. Too late to eat it now but man was it fun with the help of the "pellet boss"
No buyers remorse that's for sure!!!
