Any recipes for smoking lake trout?

Trout takes on a great delicate smoke flavor so very nicely!
We like to stuff them with a crab stuffing and smoke them with Apple or Sugar Maple (Maple gives a lighter sweet smoke profile, whereas the apple will be slightly sweet, but more pronounced).
