Double Cut Loin Lamb Chops with Couscous Salad and Fried Green Beans

Let’s get the beans breaded and into the fridge to firm up

Into the buttermilk and sirachhi and then double dip in the flour. Into the fridge.

Onto the Couscous. The players.

Sauté the bell pepper and shallots and add to cooked couscous. Chill

Add the rest of the veggies and let sit at room temp

Let marinate with some mint s&p and olive oil.

NICE!!! The chops look great!! The couscous salad is most eye appealing!! The green beans, what can I say about the green benas?? They are a wonderful addition to the meal. Did you pan fry or deep fry them? Or did you "oven" fry them? Must try the green beans.
