Think it is time to move to the garage for the winter.
Get out the blanket and maybe some fire bricks for the bottom to control the temps a little better.

I was thinking about some county style ribs today I will keep you posted.

This pellet grilling thing is like a good addiction that just cant be stopped...

Your photo may be too large. I had a similar problem a while back and had to reduce the size of the photo file. then it worked fine.
