A dear old friend of mine in Newport Beach got a MAK and wasnt a cook at all. I told him I would come over and teach him a few things. SO.....

I cooked:
Spatchcock Chicked
Rack of Lamb
Beef Tenderloin
protabello pesto pizza
griled ravioli
seared ahi
steakhouse mushrooms
I am so spoiled to have a couple of cookers (couple? hahahah)
It was fun rockin that MAK Im sorry no pics as I had my hands full teaching and cooking

He is in. Way in. Was totally blown away.

Ok I need to learn about the "mentoring program". WOW what a "cook" and taste fest! BP, we're ALL IN! Kinda like have Julia Child over for a lesson.

wow, thats alot of food. it was cool of you to teach someone how its done. nicely done. do you teach old guys too? :) when is the BP cooking class happening. i'll sign up. :cool:

it would be nice to learn from a self taughter. you know where we have been. you would be great teacher. i learn from ya all the time. who taught me about foiling ribs. you did. how did i learn how to cook a pork butt. from you. how did i learn about maks. from you. how did i learn how to cook fish tacos. from carter. ;)
