I don't know about you guys but when I got this bug I noticednthat I was unintentionally cooking more at dinner than we were eating. Now I do it on purpose.
I like extra chicken and I save some door slicing in sammies and cube some for salads....a do the same with turkey. I make tacos with all of them enchiladas burritos, soups stews and chili.....

I'd love to save some for lunches during the week but because the food is so good I keep on eating until it is gone. I ate a whole chicken last night (aside from the thigh my wife had), and it's not uncommon for me to eat a 20+oz steak in one sitting. At this rate I'll probably have to have my carotid checked at 50 instead of the family-history-recommended 65.
