Leg of lamb

I recently acquired a boneless butterflied and netted leg of lamb, 6.5 lb.. Looking for smoking tips, temp. Rub and wood?

Olive oil, fresh garlic and fresh rosemary are classic for lamb. Some BPS Little Louie's seasoned salt w/pepper would be perfect as a rub. As for wood, I'd go with a lite smoke profile so apple always gets the nod from me with lamb. I'd go with 250-275 until IT reaches 150-155.
