Less than 10 Minutes to Replace Ignitor Rod!

About a week and a half ago the ignitor rod in our MAK 1 Star went out. I was on the phone less than 5 minutes with Felicia at MAK Grills, who got the part right out.

After all the rain from Hurricane Sandy, it was finally dry enough today to get it fixed.

I couldn't believe how quick & easy it was to replace! It took longer to find & watch the video than it did to actually replace the part. Less than 10 minutes from start to finish!

The total design, including maintenance and repair, was obviously very well thought out.

Thank you Bob & the rest of the MAK team for what I am convinced is the best line of pellet grills on the market!

Glad you survived the storm with no major damages!
We did take a lot of time making sure customers could easily change parts if they ever needed to, nice to hear it worked well for you :)
We just developed yet another igniter (I think this makes 7) that just might pass the MAK Grills standard of quality, we shall see.

Totally agree. It took an hour on my head to change my 'T' hotrod, but just a few minutes to swap out the one in my MAK. Took longer to watch the video. ;)

Real men don't need no stinking videos! We just tear the sob apart! ;)

Then we watch the video!
