I was going to guess osso bucco, but the truffle salt didn't fit.
Bought a frozen whole duck. Not sure what I'm gonna do with it yet.
been trying to train this puppy View attachment 2241 following a book called water dog. The further I read, the hungrier for duck I get! Also, the further along I get, the more I realize I bought the wrong book, because the stuffed animal toy is the closet thing to real duck hunting this pooch is ever going to get.

Where did you buy the duck fat?

This was a fun post. I racked my brain trying figure out what it was going to be. I was going to guess Veal Scallopini with some kind of a truffle sauce...

I would've been way off!
